Hotel Lakeview, Ooty

This resort near Ooty Lake offers a beautiful ambiance and spacious villas, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, there are some service improvements needed, especially in dining responsiveness and front desk behavior. The views from the villas vary, so choosing wisely is crucial. The experience was enhanced by the serene surroundings, but some facilities could be better maintained.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was great, near Ooty Lake, and the property itself looked lovely with its green surroundings. However, the room lacked cleanliness and comfort, especially since it had no heater during the cold weather. The dining experience was decent, but the food could improve, particularly the Biriyani. Overall, for the price, I expected a better value.
